Capital Business Services vs. Pilot.com

They have staff that understand the fund accounting software they support and can help when you call in. I have not found anything that was less appropriate with Capital Business Services. They offer free webinars to topics that are relevant to our not for profit organization.

I think they are a great fit for any small business looking for bookkeeping and even some ap services. I like all the financial reporting they do, which is something I would struggle with on my own.

• Quick responses to questions submitted to support
• Integration with various banking systems and software, including HR systems and cap table system, which saves time when filing taxes

• I have not encountered anything they would need to improve on. They always are very responsive to my calls and helpful with my questions

• I would say that only room for improvement would be to offer more educational opportunities that explain what the numbers mean.

We used another provider not listed for our MIP Fund Accounting. Capital Business Services provides excellent service and does not make you wait for a solution. Our previous provider could not solve several small issues that Capital Business Services solved after switching to them.

Nobody else seemed to have the same capabilities and fit with our company culture as well. QuickBooks or Xero alone don't offer the same level of service and would require too much effort on our part. We used inDinero with my prior company and they just missed a lot of things that ended up causing problems.
