Canon MPS vs. HP LaserJet Enterprise

It is hard to manage a printing environment in a large organization. With the use of Canon MPS, we can maintain the print environment easily. It has helped to improve our whole printing experience

Well suited for a company with low to medium-duty print needs, or for a company that isn't ready to lease or purchase a commercial copier. Not well suited for a company that prints a lot of pages in a month, or for a company that only wants to purchase one model of toner, because they are not very interchangeable.

• It makes and keeps records about all the work which are done by that system.
• It helps us to make better decisions and manage the resources that we have.
• The dashboard is full if information and managing and monitoring can be done easily.
• For different jobs cost can be calculated separately.

• Lower cost of ownership vs. competitors.
• Higher yield toner.
• Replacement parts are available.

There support team is excellent. Always willing to help us, something goes wrong.

Canon has an excellent reputation for printers. Also, their consulting and marketing team were excellent. Besides, we got a recommendation from other people.

Cost per page is a lot better than the Pixma Pro. You can purchase replacement parts for the HP more easily if something is to break after warranty. The cost of ownership is lower than the Pixma Pro due to the Pixma Pro being a throw away if something was to break on it.

• Canon MPS has helped to reduce our printing cost dramatically.
• Now we can manage the print environment easily without using lots of staff.

• Color printouts have been sharper and crisper.
• High yield toner gives good cost per page vs. competitors.
