Traction Complete develops software that enhances the native capabilities and functionality of Salesforce, with a complete suite of solutions for effortless account hierarchies and simplified, seamless lead management.
It's well suited for music students' lessons. It's well suited for online coaching, primarily through places like Zoom and more. It helps simplify things for your clients, lets you program your schedule, and allows it all to go automatically! If you are working with a senior population, it may be a little tricky for them to sign up and then really hard for them to cancel lessons. There isn't a way to go to the site and cancel. You have to pull up the confirmed email and cancel from there, but people can lose emails.
Traction Complete is very well suited for lead to account matching and for automatic, criteria based lead routing and processing. For example, when a lead is created, it can be matched to an account, and Traction Complete can populate account demographics like Industry or Annual Revenue. And once the lead's score reaches a certain threshold, Traction Complete can then evaluate any of the leads data (including the industry and annual revenue that the lead was previously enriched with), route the lead to a person or queue , and at the same time update the lead status and or enrich the lead with information to track funnel progression (e.g., MQL Date, Assigned Date, etc.).
Sales. Easy for people to book so less back and forth.
Managed access. Easy for me to offer people the "right kind" of slot - I have like 5 hidden event-types I share only with certain people so they can access different availability.
Collaborative events! Some of us frequently meet in pairs or groups, e.g., one of our regional leaders and I have a shared link we can send out to people to find a time that works for all of us. LOVE this.
If you have more than one company, you cannot use one account. This is the most difficult hurdle to me but still one I am willing to jump over considering all the benefits of Calendly.
Adding custom color ability on event types. Example: One of my companies doesn't use any of the color choices. I would like to be able to color code those to my brand.
Brand/Asset kit would be a wonderful addition. In profile settings, have a place to upload brand logo, assets, and brand color codes.
For all reasons like workflows, UI, and the way Calendly keeps all of us engaged through the Collective forum. It's indeed undeniable that no other product covers all business needs like Calendly does. On the other side, this has also reduced the workload by enabling us to focus more on other tasks for the day
Traction Complete continues to improve and innovate, and their staff does a great job of informing us of new functionality and how we can use it to get more value from Traction Complete. And at its core, it covers a gap inherent in Salesforce CRM - the fact that leads are a standalone object and not connected to the other main CRM objects like accounts, contacts, and opportunities. Traction Complete bridges that gap without requiring us to convert leads to contacts and degrade the data quality of the contact records. This functionality is key to a holistic process from initial inquiry to MQL, SAL, SQL, New Customer, and repeat business.
Calendly is extremely easy to use for selecting times and days for meetings. From my end, it's very easy to indicate the days and times that I am available for meetings. I have used other scheduling products, but Calendly has the smoothest way of operating. I highly recommend it for scheduling meetings
It's very usable overall and much easier than using native functionality. If there is anything I'd want to improve, and I'm being critical here, there are a few minor items. 1) It would be nice if the initial load time of flows was faster, but I understand that given the number of elements we have in the assignment flow, I should not expect a two second load time. 2) It would be great if the different flow versions had fields to capture properties/attributes like a verbose description to make version control better. My sense is that it will be available in a future version. 3) When editing flows, every now and then, the pop-up windows of elements are a bit sticky on the screen when trying to move/drag them - however, I usually experience this only in Safari and am often too lazy to fire up Chrome.
There is a lot of support for Calendly. Whenever I have had issues navigating through it, especially as a new user, I found multiple support on the web addressing my questions or concerns. There is a lot of in app informative notes accessible to users to navigate through Calendly when needed.
The support team at Traction Complete has always been responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. They took the time to understand our business needs and helped us during the initial implementation, as well as with configuration changes when needed.
I've been part of 3 implementations, and the Traction Complete team has always met or exceeded expectations and delivered on their commitments/promises.
Everything I've said previously. It takes me entirely out of the loop of coordinating people's schedules, sending invites, booking time, ensuring they get a Zoom invite, etc. It does everything while I do next to nothing, which is as it should be. As a team of one, my time should be spent doing what I do best and getting paid to do: coaching, teaching, consulting, speaking, writing, and creating training content and workshops.
Traction Complete offered more ease of use, less complexity, and an overall lower cost of ownership compared to other options. And while Salesforce can handle some of the automation, which requires more technical skill to configure, it does not provide the lead to account matching.
Over 300% as of last year. We had done a case study which was phenomenal because even I didn't know the numbers were that huge until we finally put pen to paper.
Time!! I'm in the money business and you know Time is Money if you're in the same industry.
Affordability. It doesn't break the bank for anyone - having an affordable product along with it being user friendly is a no brainer.
