Recruiting / ATS
Comparison of Recruiting / ATS features of Product A and Product B
Any staffing company, IT or in any field, would benefit from selecting JobScience over any other ATS out there, in my opinion. It's the best of breed. It may not be as good a choice for an internal corporate system, as it has a lot of focus on prospecting and client management (being based on Salesforce) and less of a focus on the HR aspects of hiring.
Recruitee does an excellent job at making recruitment easy for all. It has several features and customizable ones that complete a 360 platform to guarantee a smooth recruitment process for all. Internally and externally. Using kanban boards has been an eye-opening experience and recruitee has that in a way that is easy for everyone to follow
Dashboards: Jobscience allows each end user to have dashboards that are tailored for their position, and you're able to create several different dashboards.
Actiongrid: This is a function we use within Jobscience that allows us to filter our settings to match candidates to available positions.
Packets: We create packets with Jobscience via Conga that allow us to highlight crucial information for candidates.
Logging activity: Their simple features allow us to keep track of every candidate record from many years ago.
As a third-party Recruiter, I have to continue our paid subscriptions with the job boards in addition to the Recruitee monthly fee. This isn't a fault of Recruitee and certainly isn't a deal breaker, just something to keep in mind.
100% I will continue to use this amazing system! It has helped us a lot!! It has it all, I have used other systems and I haven't been able to get all the features I needed. This system was able to offer it all. I would renew the contract for sure.
It's extremely easy to use and the different features don't require extensive research to understand. The scorecards and evaluations allow the user to be able to view aggregate scores from the whole hiring process and view the top rated candidates to be able to make offers and decisions. The templates are also very helpful
Recruitee has been able to provide excellent customer service! Their support team they go way beyond for their customers. I'm the type of person who asks a lot of questions. They have been able to keep it up with me.
Yes, during the implementation process, I do remember from the sales team to the onboarding team, they were able to help all the way through. They provide quick assistance and you don't feel lost in the process at all
In addition to Jobscience we considered Talent Rover, Bullhorn, and JobDiva.
We eliminated JobDiva first because it was nowhere near flexible enough to support our ways of doing business.
Next we decided that TalentRover, despite being a powerful system that was also built on Salesforce, should no longer be considered because it wasn't as strong a contender as Jobscience, and we didn't need two Salesforce-based systems in the running.
Lastly, Bullhorn made it to the final round and despite the fact that its front-office product is phenomenal we had to pass on them because their back-office product was vastly inferior to what Jobscience could provide.
There is really no competition for me. One is the idea of what might be good and one is what is functional and easy to use on a day to day basis. Recruitee seems to come from the mind of a recruiter rather than a product manager who thinks they know what a recruiter might want
My company heavily relies on Jobscience- it's very helpful at tracking our candidates and jobs all in 1 place.
Reports - it helps us compare our objectives and goals to our performance and can be personalized and pull specific information.
Glitches - there are times when Jobscience isn't saving things properly or the format gets messed up after being saved (for example: saving resumes - sometimes they don't download properly and when you open the file from the candidate's page, the formatting is very off).
Talking about ROI, Recruitee was easy a positive investment (in my point of view), because he was the main platform used in our hiring process (our product).
Another positive impact is the possibility of searching candidates, making the overall time of hunting candidates way lower.
Since it has its own career page, it had a positive impact in our budget.
