It also works functionally well with other job boards and websites such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc. Crelate Talent seems to be mainly used for a mid- to large-scale business rather than a small business, for an applicant tracking system, as the management features work best with an existing candidate pool.
The reporting system of this product is straightforward and clear due to which there is no confusion at any point.
The user interface of this product is also very user-friendly and intuitive due to which there is no room for confusion or hassle involved.
All of the records related to clients and candidates are stored at a single place.
The email templates that the product offers have made our life so easy and hassle-free because we can just choose our desired template and work on it rather than designing a template of our own.
I believe that the customer support of Adapt is very professional and they have been delivering outstanding performance for a long time.
Usually the Crelate support is very responsive and quick to fix any problems that arise. I've personally seen emails of the threads where Crelate support was quick to resolve problems and act courteously while doing so. While I have never called their line, it seems that their phone support is also well experienced.
This product is great software as compared to other alternatives available in the market because it is best when it comes to the management of the recruitment processes. Moreover, the deep integration that this tool provides is a distinct feature in its own which makes this product a recognizable tool all over the world.
