• Was a tool that was used to introduce external clients for their daily uses

• The interface could be user-friendly.
• Possibly a chrome extension
• Possibly an IOS app - unsure if there is one but would be useful.

Used BugHerd as an extension on chrome. Used it heaps before. Also have introduced this before to other workmates

• Unsure, as I am not the decision maker. But definitely has impacted my weekly task
