We maintain a trash district for five buildings and we have recently undergone a trash audit with the city of Santa Cruz and an independent auditor to accurately bill the tenants of the district by type of business and usage. Brivo has been instrumental in providing access reports and video event capture to assist in tenant usage as well as identifying the type of refuge each tenant is disposing of. The system is easily set up to allow limited access to outside users for projects like this. The ability to run reports at any given time and by select dates has been a useful tool.

It is suited for any area where you need to control doors. The licensing is cost effective for small or large deployments. Very good for handling COVID related access protocols. It is really a great solution for access control.
