BriteVerify does a great job preventing disposable and junk leads from coming into Salesforce which saves sales reps time. I like the fact that you can see on the layout if an email is good or not. I don't believe this is a downfall on BriteVerify but I wish Accept All emails would still return valid or not valid so you could see if someone is still with the company or not.
It is perhaps less appropriate if the business does not already receive a lot of bounce backs and there is a high interaction rate with emails being sent out by the business. It is particularly useful for businesses that want to improve the security of their business by eliminating or at least reducing the number of spam emails that clog their mailing list.
while nice to be able to download all file types as a separate list, be clearer that the, "all list" with each email and status is really all one needs, though I like the functionality of being able to download separate lists by type as it i needed at times and does save user time.
Prompt response from the support team helped resolve an administrative matter. Only one such experience indicates to me that they are highly responsive to customer needs.
I've used a few in the past that weren't on the list to be mentioned in addition to NeverBounce. FreshAddress is a tool I use the 2nd most after BriteVerify. I have evaluated Webbula to and they have a unique offering.
The server of the Lusha Extension was very low that's why leave the software and the results of proofy was just amazing overall. We love the adeptness to send a bulk email list, as well as integrate the platform with API. overall features are very effective and very easy to use.
