Genesis Digital in La Jolla offers EverWebinar, the company's webinar marketing platform.
BrightTalk is well suited for those who cannot always attend live webinars, and can browse through many uploaded webinars. It integrates well with other organizations and provides an ease for what your organization might want to promote. I believe BrightTalk would be best suited for companies with a large employee base.

EverWebinar is a great product and tool for digital entrepreneurs and course creators. Or for anyone who utilizes live and prerecorded evergreen webinars to sell things and reach their customers to solve problems. It is a robust program that does many things and does them well.

EverWebinar can improve on the way they have the timing set-up it's set to GMT and not local time. Makes it confusing.
EverWebinar can improve on their reporting. It's very limited and you can't really tell if people showed up later and watched your pitch or if they only watched so many minutes before your pitch. They need to really improve their reporting. It's super confusing. Although the data charts look nice, it's not helpful.
EverWebinar doesn't really play nice with ActiveCampaign. So be warned if you're trying to connect both of them. You will have to find a third party software to integrate them nicely.

BrightTalk has an excellent usability and is intuitive with its design. The registration of events is secure, and the connectivity to webinars is seamless

Everwebinar has overall good usability due to its easy-to-use interface. This is the main reason I am giving this rating. There are more things that could be improved including the landing page templates. We have reflected this to support however this has not been addressed at all.

Fortunately, I have not had to contact support for anything up to this point so really can't give a rating. I will be sure to update my review in the event that I need to in the future. Hopefully I will not need to as it is very user friendly

GoToMeeting is less expensive but does not provide access to a database of users or a good platform to showcase recorded webinars in a channel. BrightTalk is created more as a marketing and content hub so is better for marketing activities.

EverWebinar is easier to use and a more robust platform. The significant factor is the functionality of analytics, which lets you know how your webinars are performing and can make adjustments as necessary. The other platforms do not offer this and can be more complicated to use and implement.
