BrightTALK vs. EverWebinar

We've found the suggested training to be pretty spot on, and the speakers have been good so far. The pacing is usually good to slightly fast. Most professionals don't have time to take a couple of hours a week on training or learning about new products, so we've also found the length of the meetings to be very good. The suggested classes/webinars have been good so far-- too many companies ask you to fill out a questionnaire about what you use or what you're interested in and then pigeonhole in those couple of suggestions forever. So far, we have not seen that with BrightTALK.

Just to give you an idea of the whole process. You connect your recorded video to EverWebinar and then it takes you through the steps to build out the whole automated webinar system. You design a registration page, once a person is registered they are taken to a holding room, which you will also design or choose a template, that has a timer of when the webinar will start. Once the timer is up, you are then directed to the "live" webinar. Since it appears to be live, you are unable to stop it or rewind. It has worked wonderfully for us for the past year

• The user interface can be a bit tricky at times, as you have to dig down to find certain information. However, it is a robust interface and the information is there.
• Some features, like adding questions or resources, have cut-off windows, so you cannot make last-minute additions or changes.
• The bridge occasionally drops speakers, and this can be disconcerting to presenters. However, it does not happen too often.

BrightTalk has an excellent usability and is intuitive with its design. The registration of events is secure, and the connectivity to webinars is seamless

Everwebinar has overall good usability due to its easy-to-use interface. This is the main reason I am giving this rating. There are more things that could be improved including the landing page templates. We have reflected this to support however this has not been addressed at all.

Overall good to use, gaining positive ROI for our business. The user interface is easy to use and intuitive. However, the landing page templates need to be improved and the customer support is rather appalling. Multiple features have been suggested however there always have never been replies from their customer support.

BrightTalk has an improved webinar repository and has an excellent use of registration for live events that allows for strict moderation of who may be joining the events. I selected BrightTalk because it seems more secure and provides an ease of use when utilizing it for registration and webinar purposes.

EverWebinar is easier to use and a more robust platform. The significant factor is the functionality of analytics, which lets you know how your webinars are performing and can make adjustments as necessary. The other platforms do not offer this and can be more complicated to use and implement.

• Because of its utility and onboarding new talent, our HR costs of talent acquisition and retention are reduced.
• The live networking events have been useful in producing new leads
• More targeted use of our funds for security and Cloud because of the knowledge we've gained, so reduced costs in those areas.

• We've been able to easily make back the money that EverWebinar costs with selling $300 products up to $2000 products.
• Automating an already successful webinar with EverWebinar is a smart move. Don't try and create one that isn't proven to work.
• There are several webinar platforms out there but EverWebinar does a great job with turning it evergreen.
