Well suited to get content out to employees quickly and easily. Images and videos are the best. It might not work well for stagnant PDF and PPT content.

Very good option to get up and running quickly without needing to invest a lot in training time for users. Less appropriate if you need to adjust your playlist content frequently throughout a day or week

• Adjusting the order & display time of content
• Preview screen through web login is a nice feature to see how the display looks

• Tutorials would be helpful. I had to consult with another vendor to get started.
• It would be helpful not to have to re-size photos all the time. Takes too much time.

• Scheduling dates content should be active- must manually add and remove from playlists
• More apps ! Like a new hire welcome that automatically reads a CVS file.

Ease of use and convenience of getting content to employees. I would give it a 10 if there were video tutorials for first-time users and live chat support.

• It was particularly helpful in getting COVID-19 information posted ASAP. This would have taken much longer to distribute in hard copy format
• Having ScreenCloud digital display cut our cost from our previous software in half and offerred more functionality
