Tapcheck allows our Care Pros to access their money between paychecks. This makes them happier, and more likely to stay w us. It gives us a chance to track care pro usage of the tool on the back end, to see uptake.

  • Further integration - so that new Care Pros are automatically pulled into the system. Constant uploads are definitely a pain point in keeping the system up to date - not to mention our Tapcheck rep bugs me about it (which is OK - but who wants to be bugged by a vendor to do another task?)
  • Better reporting to the Care Pros - so they can see their usage, and the fees they incurred.
