  • Launch support was lacking. They did help with initial setup but after that, it was tough to get questions addressed.
  • Reporting is robust but complicated.
  • Having support staff on both coasts.

Merchant e solutions has a truly awful admin website and is clunky to use. There are almost no options for customization. Bluesnap allows configuration to fit our needs and a much better customer service experience.
