Perfect for onboarding, retention, win-back, and VIP nurture campaigns where customer behavior and timing matter. Excellent when you need to react instantly to customer actions across channels.
Example: A shopper abandons their cart and immediately receives a push notification followed by an email with the exact items they left behind.
The reason it's not a seven or above is purely because of the timing of a solution we had requested originally back in August 2023. It's now February 2024, and we're waiting for a wow-factor pitch deck. Previously, we only received a demo recording and an order form quote. These truthfully aren't helpful enough to convince and sway our senior leaders into spending the $35k+ investment into the PMC.

The customer data platform attached to Bloomreach Composable Personalization Cloud provides an all-in-one solution for our business intelligence needs. Allowing up-to-date purchasing, behaviour, and engagement reporting from our email to website activity.
The ability to integrate with Meta and other paid ad formats allows for us to create a connected omnichannel experience for users, ensuring we are providing the right message, to the right person, at the right time, in the right place.
Personalization: It allows us to create highly personalized direct mail pieces tailored to individual recipients. For instance, we can include the recipient's name, relevant product recommendations, or even custom images that resonate with their preferences.
Multi-Channel Integration: The platform seamlessly integrates with our existing digital marketing tools and CRM systems. It enables us to orchestrate cohesive campaigns that combine email, social media, and direct mail to reach our target audience through multiple touchpoints.

We are extremely satisfied with Bloomreach. It is a central and indispensable pillar of our personalization and data-driven marketing strategy. The platform provides us with unparalleled scalability across 27 countries and guarantees high availability and stable performance, even when working with an enormous volume of data.The fact that the platform is intuitive and allows a wide range of our teams (from CRM to UX) to work effectively with personalization significantly reduces our dependence on IT support and accelerates campaign deployment.Given the robustness of the architecture and the positive results we are generating across channels, renewing the contract is a logical step to ensure our future organic growth.
In my time working with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud, I always liked to work with it. It is crucial that you get support from experts from the beginning to show you how to work with the vast amount of options and activities to choose from. The learning curve is also well-rounded because of its user-friendly interface and highly skilled customer support.
The UI is friendly, clear, and accessible, and I access it directly through the interface (Salesforce) that I perform my function in every day. It is intuitive to navigate, and I am able to find most functionalities I need without the need to consult an admin and/or support teams.
It has always been available with great response times. Honestly in almost 5 years there was like one outage and I have to admit that it was solved so quick that I don't even know if it's fair to even call it that. Bloomreach is extremely reliable, can't fault it.
ten out of ten, Bloomreach has revolutionised our marketing capabilities. It has allowed us to get real time data insights from our customers, and then put these into action. Previously it would be a very time consuming and slow process for us to get any sort of campaign out but not anymore, this has lead to increased conversions and revenue
I have given this rating as i feel the team is very responsive and helpful whenever issues arise. Bloomreach - The Agentic Platform for Personalization provides clear guidance and practical solutions which make it easier to get campaigns live quickly. They also share the best practices and recommendations that help us make the most of the platform.
Only thing holding me back from a perfect 10 would be the timelines for involving the technical team on occasion. There have been a few times where the PFL technical support team has been booked up for days or more than a week out which can delay our project timelines. This doesn't happen often, let me be clear. But when it does, it's usually at the worst time for our campaigns.
Bloomreach is far superior than SFMC as that platform requires too much technical knowledge. Ometria is very good and I would say is quite similar to Bloomreach although I would say Ometria is a smaller company. Dotdigital is also very powerful but not more so than Bloomreach. This being said, Dotdigital and HubSpot does have telephone support which is amazing and something I would like to see from Bloomreach in future or at least shorter wait times for customer support live chat.
JourneyMail is one I have evaluated. It did not seem as full featured as PFL Direct Mail Platform, nor did it integrate with the rest of the Salesforce products like PFL Direct Mail Platform (journeymail ONLY integrates to marketing cloud). My customers tend to be cross-cloud and own multiple products and want solutions that can integrate across their stack easily.
there is an option of multiple projects per organisation, customers and assets can be copied across. Multiple sites can be managed in one project, different activities organized under initiatives. Splitting work into sensible units is therefore well possible. The billing is based on number of tracked and number of stored events, no package-based deals. It should therefore be well scalable from a small e-store to a large corporation.
It does take a while to launch or re-launch a campaign, which can make it difficult to pivot quickly. However, if you're integrated with Marketo, then PFL is as scalable as your database and marketing strategy! The sky is the limit in terms of creativity. Post launch, the program is hands-off apart from report monitoring and potential optimization tweaks.
