Perfect for onboarding, retention, win-back, and VIP nurture campaigns where customer behavior and timing matter. Excellent when you need to react instantly to customer actions across channels.
Example: A shopper abandons their cart and immediately receives a push notification followed by an email with the exact items they left behind.
- personalization (The platform helps us with execution of several triggers - abandoned shopping cart, shopping intention etc. We are not bounded by capability of platform - anything can be executed on our own.) - CDP + ETL (Platform offers two products Meiro Integrations and Meiro Business Explorer - first one is sort of ETL tool using which, we can create custom data pipelines, connect to various data sources, build own connectors and schedule very complicated jobs. Second tool is more related to creating the custom segments, schedule regular export to another marketing platforms. I like how these two worlds are split. It just make sense to work with it.) - predictive modelling (There is huge potential for data engineering and data science teams to fully operate the platform - running CLV models, recommendation engines, creating complicated data pipelines from various data sources bringing them on one place. I thing about Meiro as amazing execution platform for such teams - running CLV modelling on data marts and use outputs in Meiro.) - platform enabling collaborative work (Platform offers various departments an environemnt, where they can work productively.)

The customer data platform attached to Bloomreach Composable Personalization Cloud provides an all-in-one solution for our business intelligence needs. Allowing up-to-date purchasing, behaviour, and engagement reporting from our email to website activity.
The ability to integrate with Meta and other paid ad formats allows for us to create a connected omnichannel experience for users, ensuring we are providing the right message, to the right person, at the right time, in the right place.
By being able to include segmentation operations within our customer management, it is no longer necessary to opt for the use of GDPR software, as Meiro and its end-to-end solution system is enough to cover the entire data matching quota, to properly define which salesperson is best suited to each customer (that's why we use this tool).
While Importing the offline data, sometimes the auto detection is failed to detect the csv file
While we import with wrong mapping, even after pressing escape before the import starts, its not cancelling the import. it start running. It would be great if it stops the import
it would be great if we receive email for successfully finished imports too
We do not agree with the derogatory opinion about our experience using Meiro, as the service proved to maintain a quite positive quality level, so we are satisfied with the investment made in the use of Meiro and with the results, it has shown us when modeling information.

In my time working with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud, I always liked to work with it. It is crucial that you get support from experts from the beginning to show you how to work with the vast amount of options and activities to choose from. The learning curve is also well-rounded because of its user-friendly interface and highly skilled customer support.
It has always been available with great response times. Honestly in almost 5 years there was like one outage and I have to admit that it was solved so quick that I don't even know if it's fair to even call it that. Bloomreach is extremely reliable, can't fault it.
ten out of ten, Bloomreach has revolutionised our marketing capabilities. It has allowed us to get real time data insights from our customers, and then put these into action. Previously it would be a very time consuming and slow process for us to get any sort of campaign out but not anymore, this has lead to increased conversions and revenue
I have given this rating as i feel the team is very responsive and helpful whenever issues arise. Bloomreach - The Agentic Platform for Personalization provides clear guidance and practical solutions which make it easier to get campaigns live quickly. They also share the best practices and recommendations that help us make the most of the platform.
Bloomreach is far superior than SFMC as that platform requires too much technical knowledge. Ometria is very good and I would say is quite similar to Bloomreach although I would say Ometria is a smaller company. Dotdigital is also very powerful but not more so than Bloomreach. This being said, Dotdigital and HubSpot does have telephone support which is amazing and something I would like to see from Bloomreach in future or at least shorter wait times for customer support live chat.
there is an option of multiple projects per organisation, customers and assets can be copied across. Multiple sites can be managed in one project, different activities organized under initiatives. Splitting work into sensible units is therefore well possible. The billing is based on number of tracked and number of stored events, no package-based deals. It should therefore be well scalable from a small e-store to a large corporation.
