Likelihood to Recommend	It's so easy to have running lists that constantly need updating to basically live in a folder on your desktop. Open and save it like a regular document and then it's synced company-wide! However, syncing issues and almost non-existent customer support means that you're basically on your own to figure things out by trial and error.
