BizConnect vs. Shared Contacts for Gmail

[BizConnect] is a great tool for all those people who are messy in managing their contacts and want things to get managed. It is a comprehensive tool even for a large number of business cards. One can share contact to anyone using this tool without facing any difficulty. It manages contacts so well and I can get access to any of the contact very easily. It has some flaws like the customer support team and Subscription rate.

Shared Contacts for Gmail is well suited for organizations that generate and coordinate long term partnerships and that have a big remote working component as a main form or working. It is less appropriate with organizations dedicated to sales and performance based ways of working. I would recommend it for medium size organizations.

• Transcribe business card data that can be easily exported into Excel.
• Great customer support. I had several questions and they always promptly reply.
• App is super intuitive to use. Can scan a stack of business cards within minutes.

• Helps manage contact lists and distribution lists.
• Eliminates the need for the use of an additional platform, like a CRM, to manage contacts.
• Makes it easier to share contacts with a targeted audience with the flexibility to be selective about who the data is being shared with.

• Its interface is a bit tricky.
• Its charges [feel] outrageous and unfair to some extent.
• Although its scanning is accurate, it takes time and I think this is the point where it needs improvement as scanning should be fast.

• I have been looking for a way to share our contacts within our organization for a while now. This process really improves how we were doing it within Google Sheets.
• My only negative is that it has taken so long for it to be functional within Google.

They have always been incredibly responsive to my questions. They have a great chat feature within their application for asking questions. Their replies show up directly within the app. Super easy functionality to use. On my own accord, I even reached out to the CEO of the company and have had a great dialogue with him on LinkedIn.

CamCard was a bit slow and pathetic tool for the management of business contacts. I really didn't admire the scanning feature of the CamCard which is the most exceptional feature of BizConnect. Moreover, CamCard didn't organize cards in a way BizConnect organizes. and the CamCard didn't work well according to my needs and demands.

My company used Zendesk Sell for a while, but the profiles weren't as manageable and easy accessed as Shared Contacts [for Gmail.] It resulted easier to update the contact information within Shared Contacts [for Gmail] and maintain the contact flow, than updating in Zendesk, and then manually go into gmail and continue the conversation. As well we don't use Shared Contacts [for Gmail] alone. We do accompany it with an internal operations system, were we manage the clients profile, but the combination between the two is perfect.

• It has as such no negative impact on our business.
• We can make better relationships with our business contacts.
• It made it swift for us to find the contact of our need.
