It is a well-organized software that helps recruiters get their Job Orders and Applicants connected with other recruiters and ultimately make placements. To be honest, I don't use it as much as I could, but it works well for me, and I would recommend it to any recruiters out there that are looking to make placements.

[Loxo Recruitment Platform is well suited for] managing lots of candidates and clients[.] Identifying candidates if you did not have a subscription to LinkedIn [and] identifying candidate and contact information if you did not have Zoom Info[.]

  • A few too many clicks for recording activities.
  • Bulk data manipulation is nearly impossible. Big Biller must do it at an extra cost.

  • Some of the "basics" covered on more legacy crm/ATS software not adequately addressed by Loxo
  • The interview process on Loxo is not intuitive and feels underdeveloped

[Loxo Recruitment Platform is] intuitive to learn and use[.] It would be better if you save searches, had mobile functionality, and had an easier to search the candidates with a NOT feature (not having specific attributes or an empty field)[.]

Support is near-instantaneous and personal. The tech support team is small, which means I always know who I am talking with, and they know me.

It came down to which was easier to use. Big Biller has a very straightforward layout and clear instruction, I preferred to use it simply for that.

Return on Investment
  • I can access from anywhere allowing me to travel without having to bring along paper files.
  • Using BB has improved my candidate management helping to stay on top of interviews and follow ups.
  • Business development has improved since I only have to use one system instead of an ATS, separate CRM and email management tool.
