Assessments are perfectly done over Leapsome, there is a great level of customization as well as awesome graphics as output. But the product is not used very frequently as assessments are quarterly exercises, if Leapsome could help align an employee towards the goal post assessment, that would be awesome.

Cons
  • For current clients there is pressure to scale. Fact is coaching is not for everyone, which is the premise.
  • Some coach availability is limited.
  • Frequent change with CSMs, AEs, etc.

  • Setting up a meeting on Leapsome for assessment was tiresome, good tool but needs to have better UX
  • The goals feature needs to be expanded a bit more
  • If it can be integrated with project management tools, that would be awesome

I didn’t select over workday since this was used in the previous organization. The major difference is that workday provides multiple functions which leapsome currently doesn’t have or have it and I am not aware of it may be. However, I still recommend Leapsome over workday since its simple interface is effective to users. It is a user friendly tool that can still produce multiple KPI and reports which are required for people management

  • Coached leaders are more correlated to career progression
  • Term rate of coached vs. non coached is statistically insignificant
  • ROI can be tough if you are not in it for the long haul (3+ years)
