Berbix vs. FastPass IVM (Identity Verification Manager)

It is well suited everywhere, it's a product I would recommend to everyone that needs such a service. I can't think of any scenarios where's it's not working well. We use it on two different iOS apps and a website and it's working well on all platforms and scenarios. For our next product we will be using it as well.

Having had attempts to break though the Help Desk calling as a fake user aking for a new password - the benefit is to keep social engeneering away from the Help Desk. IVM counters that issue.

• FastPass IVM (Identity Verification Manager) enable users to securely reset their passwords by verifying their identity using multi factor authentication
• An employee forgets their Active Directory password. Instead of calling the IT helpdesk, they go through a self-service portal where they verify themselves via an OTP

Basically we have had a good implementation and it works

We have not used any Berbix competitors because we didn't need to. Berbix solves the problem for us and we're happy to keep using it.
