Open enrollment is extremely easy. Reports are easily accessible to see who still needs to complete and who has done it.
I would like a report that just shows who made changes and what those changes were for open enrollment.

It's perfect to have visibility on my credit, as all the payments are registered immediately and automatically. I just think it leaves room for confusion on managing the benefits area, as it's not that intuitive so you need to read all the forums to understand how it works. Overall, I really like it

Cons
  • Great at selling their product but not keeping their promises.
  • Too many glitches and they always advise it will be updated/corrected on their next "quarterly update".
  • They can't administer QTB plans (parking and transit) which is an essential benefit plan offered to companies. They didn't officially come out with this news until after we had implemented and launched the program. During implementation, they made it appear like it would work.

Usability

Because for some things, I think Coverflex is easy to use, has a good user experience and is quite straight forward.
But for some other areas, like the benefits area, it's not that intuitive and you need to investigate how to use it. Apart from this, is an easy platform.

Alternatives Considered
I thought it would be a good facelift and upgrade to BeneTrac which was outdated and hadn't done anything to change the look and feel of their platform. Only to find out Benetrac is more adaptable to manual changes and needs.

Return on Investment
  • It was a negative impact because we launched the program during open enrollment only to revert back to the old platform, BeneTrac, 3 months later.
  • Bad impression on the benefits team to implement a program that didn't deliver.
