Beehire vs. Paradox Conversational ATS

The Beehire data management was good and well kept to enhance making data collection effective and data modeling easy while analyzing the data it takes short time and there is no use of energy. It uses less power and document management becomes well and good. It is kept well and takes short time.

While my company is not in the high volume hiring space, it appears to be built very effectively to support high volume hiring positions and companies, reducing recruiting efforts around the initial stages of the screening process. The paradox is good at quickly integrating into your Mail Server System (like Outlook) to get their scheduling product up quickly as a baseline.

• Collecting applications systematically in an easy to sort fashion.

• When collecting big data becomes slow to operate.
• The storage of more date was not easy so is good to increase the storage capacity.

• UI - Their UI is very mobile-focused; we are not a mobile-first company when it comes to our candidate's experience. It would be great if the experience was just as seamless and welcoming for the desktop as it was for mobile.
• Adding interviewers is not intuitive; it usually is a pain point for new users.

It was easy to manage and collect data well.it uses a short time to operate which makes its work effective and easy to operate. The data modeling is well and easy. The storage of data becomes well and useful and easy while being good to operate. The platform performs well and is easy to understand.

• 30% increase on new-hire satisfaction surveys.
• We met our summer staff quota three weeks earlier than projected with far less effort and stress.
• For hires who may apply again next year, we have a concise catalog from which to review every aspect of the hiring process from the previous year, which will undoubtedly save tremendous time and effort.
