This is well suited for professionally looking emails. For instance, showcasing products or newsletters. Day to day emails are not really well suited for BEE Pro.

Best Suited Scenario: When you play multiple roles and a certain set of information/ files in one place in an organized fashion. Example 1: You are into sales and need specific documents at during a presentation to your client, this is when DEON comes in handy. You can have all your files arranged in one place. Example 2: You are doing a review where lots of presentations and files are needed to be shown this is where you can use DEON. I don't see any scenario where DEON would not be suitable.

Previously we have not used any product similar to beefree. We have used other softwares to generate templates but they did not have the facility to integrate it with services such as Google Business Gmail.
