You can definitely tell they hire their support folks from the top tier of other companies and they go above and beyond what I have come to expect in terms of support compared to other companies.

We looked at Talon but had better initial discussions with Panzura. We also looked at DFS Replication but at hundreds of TB of data it was not nearly as cost effective. Panzura had more experience with engineering applications and the complexities that were involved in certain ways apps wrote and read data.
