Likelihood to Recommend	We've had the best experiences when needing to recover emails from snapshots and date ranges which have been deleted. The Smart Search works relatively well and is easy to recover. Sometimes the restoration process can take a while depending on the size and amount of emails but is generally ok. Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is also very proactive at managing our account and assisted us in validating the configuration for any new functions that need to be implemented. Alternatives Considered	We do not use anything else to backup Microsoft 365 emails and Sharepoint sites. This is the main reason we selected Barracuda, to be to protect all users cost effectively. Veeam might have more features, but the cost of licensing outweighs in favour of Barracuda.
