Avoma is a tool that provides solutions to make the most of each meeting, it is an online solution that improves the way we collaborate, increasing productivity by saving time and increasing communication between teams in a visual, secure, and flexible way, achieving smart meetings and helping to the best decision making where just one click is enough.

It works well for scheduling and coordinating meetings. It also is ok as a project management tool, as long as everyone else is using eScribe. Where we have trouble is when some people try and use eScribe and other people are not familiar with the program and use something else. Then it gets messy and we are better off just using excel

It is not too bad to use but it also seems to be trying to fill a need that we already have met with our existing programs. I like how easy it was to push out to folks but it really just doesn't seem that much better than what we already had
