Avira Password Manager vs. RoboForm

[Avira Password Manager] is a highly recommended tool to manage all passwords. It has made it possible for us to save all our passwords and no one can get access to those as it protects them with a master password and give us an alert if someone tries to hack it. it is not good if someone is looking for easy to use password manager tool.

I use it on an almost hourly basis. With probably 10+ years of use, I have used it for everything and have found very little that it won't complete, but it isn't very good on mobile devices. I use it on my phone strictly as a reference because it does not work with either Samsung internet browser or Chrome for Android.

• It immediately sends a notification when someone tries to invade our protected passwords.
• It helps in protecting all our passwords with a master password.
• Its 2 step verification is amazing.

• Customer service didn't come up to our expectations.

• Recommend periodic purging of unused passwords.
• Offer a "compromised password" alert feature.
• Don't remind me about a recent update as often as you do now. (I might be able to control this on my desktop's notification settings?)

Although the interface of Dashlane was user friendly and it was easy to operate but the worst part of Dashlane was first its pricing which is very reasonable in the case of Avira and secondly Dashlane was not enough to provide security to all our passwords as Avira [Password Manager] has secured all our passwords with a Master password.

The number one alternative we see is LastPass. Many of our clients use it and are happy with it and I'm sure it's very close to RoboForm. I have personally used RoboForm for at least 10 years and have been extremely happy with it, so we did not do much comparing recently.

• We are no longer concerned and worried that someone can get access to our passwords as they are protected with the master code.
• It helped in protecting our passwords.
• No negative impact.
