Comparison of Recruiting / ATS features of Product A and Product B
Very good for applicant/candidate/job activity tracking. It could use improvement in the area of Customer Relationship Management. It does not have a robust CRM function, which would be very beneficial to have encompassed in the ATS system so everything is in one place.
The Google Chrome integration allows to have total control over the communications and sends the registry to Compas immediately. Also allows sending Google mail directly from the Compas app.
Allows to keep track of the whole work history and experience of each one of the employees, start dates, interviews, pay rates and termination reasons, as well as to send mass emails and text messages to employees.
It's fully customizable if you need to add a specific feature their support and is responsive and allows the intended customization.
It is a great reporting tool. You can track the performance and activities of your recruiters, make sure they are doing the pertinent contacts and follow-ups and complete their assigned tasks, also allows pulling reports on employees placed on assignment.
The reporting system of this product is straightforward and clear due to which there is no confusion at any point.
The user interface of this product is also very user-friendly and intuitive due to which there is no room for confusion or hassle involved.
All of the records related to clients and candidates are stored at a single place.
The email templates that the product offers have made our life so easy and hassle-free because we can just choose our desired template and work on it rather than designing a template of our own.
I believe that the customer support of Adapt is very professional and they have been delivering outstanding performance for a long time.
If candidates submit a cover letter, it is only accessible through the "docs" tab. Or if they are nominated to the Hiring Manager and then the attachments come through. Other than that, there is no easy way to tell if a candidate has submitted a cover letter other than manually opening each candidate profile up. It would be nice if Hiring Managers could see if there is a cover letter attachment in the pipeline overview.
Emails aren't syncing properly from Gmail. I wish that once we sent a candidate a Gmail from Compass that all subsequent threads/ replies would be tracked in Compass so it would be all in on place.. easy to reference.
You can't move applicants from pipeline to the nominated status. It would be nice if there was most flexibility between moving candidates from pipeline to pipeline and to the nominated status.
There isn't much training provided outside of internal training across our company. Also, if Avionté Software could review the way we're using the software, on a regular basis, and provide feedback and suggestions on how to improve the user experience, that would be very beneficial.
Avionté is more modern than PCR. I also know a lot of functions in PCR (that I didn't use) were more clunky than they are in Avionte. Avionté is also more suited for the account management and sales side of our business than PCR was, whereas PCR was more geared towards recruiters exclusively.
This product is great software as compared to other alternatives available in the market because it is best when it comes to the management of the recruitment processes. Moreover, the deep integration that this tool provides is a distinct feature in its own which makes this product a recognizable tool all over the world.
