InTouch by Wonderware is relatively easy to use. The process controls are easy, the design and graphics are some of the most detailed of other SCADA software programs considered. The configuration with the inputs and outputs are easy to use. Essentially, the system is very user friendly and the customer support is fantastic.

  • It is sometimes confusing to navigate the portal where IoT resides. It is not super clear all of the time where to go to find certain tabs, like tenants, etc.
  • It sometimes feels like there should be more within the platform, but it feels like things are missing (or just hard to find).
