It also has integrations with social networks to expand the search for ideal candidates for our vacancies, as well as integrations with software such as a greenhouse, Gmail, daxtra, and more, to improve its functions. It allows us to view the candidates' profiles in an organized way so that we can monitor their progress in the selection process. Its learning curve may be a bit high, but it is worth getting to know the software in-depth, as it is very useful and provides us with great candidates. For the high learning curve, they need a little more support material, guides, and tutorials, for its correct use.
