We are always working on improving our brand - good customer care and efficient services are the roads to that. By picking IBM's AI automation, we are able to coordinate and connect processes around the company to deliver efficient services on store and online on our website. We've been able to seamlessly automate and digitize most of our operations.

• Automatically populates information into other applications.
• Saves tedious work & time checking on information.
• Set it up once and it runs as needed.

• Test generation gives useful insights into missing tests before launching the bots.
• Open API files helps us understand what is running behind the scenes.

• Speed. Screens sometimes take a long time to load, and data lists occasionally load very slowly or not at all, requiring a refresh.

• Natural language processing needs more attention to have more flowing conversations.

Excellent tool, offering excellent ROI.

It is brilliantly superb.

Jay from Automate.io has been very helpful in fixing a problem (my fault - I forgot to read the guide), but he did so in a way that he clearly understood my automation objectives and could provide relevant and handy guidance.

Make sure the person managing it knows APIs and Databases, so they can 'understand' what Automate does and offers. Without such conceptual understanding, Automate is too geeky. WITH such conceptual understanding, Automate is a Church Picnic easy.

• Automate.io is way more friendly and easy to use
• Zapier is more expensive
• Way too many errors
• Zapier Api interaction is not the best
