• Automatically populates information into other applications.
• Saves tedious work & time checking on information.
• Set it up once and it runs as needed.

• It has been very stable and reliable over time
• The developer tools are simple to use
• It offers out of the box tasks/activities for typical routine tasks

• Speed. Screens sometimes take a long time to load, and data lists occasionally load very slowly or not at all, requiring a refresh.

• The recently renewed user interface has not been as clear as the previous version
• Sometimes the performance or capacity has been at limits with more complex integrations

Excellent tool, offering excellent ROI.

It is brilliantly superb.

Jay from Automate.io has been very helpful in fixing a problem (my fault - I forgot to read the guide), but he did so in a way that he clearly understood my automation objectives and could provide relevant and handy guidance.

Make sure the person managing it knows APIs and Databases, so they can 'understand' what Automate does and offers. Without such conceptual understanding, Automate is too geeky. WITH such conceptual understanding, Automate is a Church Picnic easy.

• Zapier is more expensive
• Way too many errors
• Zapier Api interaction is not the best

frends does not have as broad functionality but it's lightweight and easy to use and has enough features for most integration needs. For example the frends API Management exists but it does not offer lot of options. frends might not be the choice for the largest enterprises but for small and mid sized organizations it does everything you will probably need. They have also recently improved their training materials to help new developers get on board.

• Integration helps numerous departments who are now able to see the data ROI: priceless.
• Dozens of hours saved each month in following up and tracking results ROI: thousands/yr.

• Pricing model suites us very well as it is not tied to number of integrations or users. It's much more economic than most well-known competitors
• The stability of the service is crucial and has served as well. We run hundreds of processes on the platform daily and they are really important for other operations.
