I genuinely enjoy working with the Attentive platform due to its user-friendly design and the hands-on support provided by their team. Over the years, we've implemented various strategies to enhance our profile performance and have experienced remarkable growth through the use of AI Pro and the recommended customer journeys.
In my opinion, this program would be well suited for any business that wants to keep its employees engaged. It gives almost a personal touch to let them know about alerts, company activities, office closures, etc.
From my experience, their customer service has been disappointing. They have not been willing to work with me and my needs. When pricing was significantly increased, I was not informed of this in advance. It simply increased and I discovered it by accident while reviewing my subscription.
Good usability and it is easy to train new employees on the platform since it is so intuitive. Love playing around with the segmentation tools and seeing how it affects audience size for deployments. Overall, a great UI experience.
Fast and easy to communicate with. I wish we went over more insights and analytics on our monthly calls with our account manger. This would really give us the push that we need in order to best utilize the platform as a whole.
When I ask questions to customer service, the questions are not all answered. They do not come back with alternative suggestions for me and my subscription. They are not rude but only provide standard "answers" that it appears they have been coached to give
While ManyChat is specific to Facebook Messenger, my experience in their platform made it very easy to hit the ground running with Attentive Mobile. With the policy changes in the Messenger world, we have mostly abandoned that and moved to SMS for a direct line to customers. Attentive Mobile has much stronger ROAS with SMS than ManyChat had with Facebook Messenger.
After switching to Attentive Mobile we were able to launch several new journeys and make improvements to others that had large positive impact on our marketing journey revenue and click rates YoY.
We were able to easily launch an SMS program that collected over 100k subscribers in one year.
We were able to easily A/B test in our journeys to increase revenue.
Textedly has freed up a lot of my time previously sending out individual messages to different contacts. With the built-in client database and the ability to quickly send off mass messages, I now have more time to focus on the areas of my business I'd been neglecting.
