Usability	Attentive Good usability and it is easy to train new employees on the platform since it is so intuitive. Alternatives Considered	Attentive While ManyChat is specific to Facebook Messenger, my experience in their platform made it very easy to hit the ground running with Attentive Mobile. With the policy changes in the Messenger world, we have mostly abandoned that and moved to SMS for a direct line to customers. Attentive Mobile has much stronger ROAS with SMS than ManyChat had with Facebook Messenger.
