I genuinely enjoy working with the Attentive platform due to its user-friendly design and the hands-on support provided by their team. Over the years, we've implemented various strategies to enhance our profile performance and have experienced remarkable growth through the use of AI Pro and the recommended customer journeys.

Well suited to boost customer engagement, to push for promotions, to send notifications, to do general customer relationship management, to analyze engagement patter, and to test for the best times to engage users to perform specific actions. It is not a CRM tool, so it cannot do in-depth customer relationship management. If users did not perform the required/intended action, it is not possible to see where the user deviated to. It is not a traffic or user behavior tracker, so it is not the most analytical tool to get detailed user behavior insights.

• The support team we work with are really knowledgeable and helpful.
• Campaign set up and scheduling is extremely easy.
• The platform is constantly updating with new features.
• Reporting is very easy to pull.

Good usability and it is easy to train new employees on the platform since it is so intuitive. Love playing around with the segmentation tools and seeing how it affects audience size for deployments. Overall, a great UI experience.

Fast and easy to communicate with. I wish we went over more insights and analytics on our monthly calls with our account manger. This would really give us the push that we need in order to best utilize the platform as a whole.

While ManyChat is specific to Facebook Messenger, my experience in their platform made it very easy to hit the ground running with Attentive Mobile. With the policy changes in the Messenger world, we have mostly abandoned that and moved to SMS for a direct line to customers. Attentive Mobile has much stronger ROAS with SMS than ManyChat had with Facebook Messenger.

These are the few names that I remember, but there were also a few smaller players. Kahuna offered the required features at the best pricing, their team is also very responsive in terms of reaching out, answering questions and resolving issues. The others were either too expensive or carried too many other features that we did not require.

• We have increased incremental income by using the AI Pro audience targeting
• We have seen a reduction in our sending cost due to proper targeting of our engaged customers also by using AI Pro's data
• By implementing retargeting campaigns, we have also been able to increase engagement on campaigns
