As I mentioned before- The professionalism and the communication these guys showed are worth praising. In the past, I have worked with other companies as well but never had this comfort and smooth work progress. Also, we believe no organization is perfect. So surely they can improve in the area like 24/7 support along with this it will be great if the after deployment support can be extended to 12 months from 6 months.
