Likelihood to Recommend	Excellent for home security and monitoring in areas with strong WiFi signals. Excellent for mounting cameras with a lot of mounting options. Wireless is good with a long battery length before charging is needed. If there is a weak WiFi signal like at a cabin or in remote areas it is less appropriate. We had a few months, but making changes took a while because only two staff members had time to figure out and learn the system. I don't think the website is very user-friendly, but I don't think it's so hard that the average worker cannot learn it. The day the event is scheduled to be over in Aventri it clears from your list and it makes getting reporting and analytics difficult after the event is over. Support Rating	I have only had to contact them one time, and they were responsive and professional. It is difficult to give a rating on this unless you actually have an issue. This is the reason for a 9 out of 10. I can not give a perfect rating if I never had an opportunity to truly experience something. The support information given to me was incorrect and I had a hard time tracking down how to get assistance while onsite (on a weekend). Alternatives Considered	Im still comparing and so far Synology is a better choice for its clarity and ease of use. Cvent (which absorbed SignUp4) provided many of the old solutions but at a significantly higher price. In the end, it seemed more suited for very large events more so than the size we normally run.
