[Artic Wolf SOC-as-a-Service is] great if you don't have a large team nor the time to look at all the systems in your network. They monitor 24x7x365 taking that burden away from a reduced IT team.

I have used Masergy across a few different jobs, spanning over a decade and they have always come through with what they promised the solution has always had rock-solid stability and the team has always been present to address my questions and concerns.

Clunky UI in some areas - Settings for example. You have to drop down boxes to get to your audio settings. This is time consuming while trying to fix your audio devices.
No easy way to switch audio devices.
No 'universal' text box to type a number in to dial. You have to click a tab. I sometimes type the number in the 'What's on your mind' box accidentally.

Different product and covers the gaps our other products do not address. CheckPoint does not offer the same security monitoring on emails and AD accounts. Ninja One is used mainly as an RMM. Arctic Wolf is just another layer of security with detailed reports and options our other products do not have.
