Eptura (formerly Condeco and iOFFICE + SpaceIQ)
Archibus is well suited for organizations requiring heavy reporting functions, and that have complex processes for managing moves and space chargebacks. It is less well suited for organizations that require input from multiple users (such as doing an employee seating survey).

Usability
Eptura (formerly Condeco and iOFFICE + SpaceIQ)
User perspective it is simple through a web portal that shows all spaces and buildings. But as an administrator it was quite a bit of work to set up. And by extension updating is also a lot of work

Alternatives Considered
Eptura (formerly Condeco and iOFFICE + SpaceIQ)
Archibus compares well with other IWMS software when it comes to integrating with BIM models and reporting capabilities. I selected Archibus as it has all the tools and processes needed to manage space and moves, with the intention to expand to other modules like Lease Administration and Asset Management. The constant upgrades to Archibus also helps to keep the software up-to-date with other third party products such as Revit.

The solution helps locate available desks on different office floors or buildings and book them for the required time. The interactive floor map leads the way to the desk or even helps to find a teammate.Screenshot of the meeting rooms' booking system used to manage meeting room bookings through a web application or mobile app - change time, invite participants, and find the room through a floor map. The display works in either in portrait or landscape mode, and displays meeting room information, booking details, and lets users either release the room or book it on the spot.Screenshot of the parking booking system used to manage car parking lots, that helps to utilize the entire space. Parking spots can be reserved in advance or shared through the mobile app, grouped in different zones, or assigned exclusively to certain people.
