aqua cloud vs. SpiraTest

1. I used this to do test cases, wherein I got the results with visuals. I explained to clients very well with the visual examples as well. 2. Even I was very new to this tool, it gave me the best company. Even while integrating components as a beginner. 3. Even if I have got any bugs in test cases, it helped me to resolve in a better way. I think SpiraTest is well suited as a test suite, but in situations where the team is already using multiple products from one particular provider, it may be better to go with that provider's test solution. This is because integrations are very important nowadays, and should be considered when picking your project management software. It should be noted that management selected SpiraTest primarily due to the low cost of the test software. I'm less familiar with other test software in the field, but if cost is an issue, you should take a look at SpiraTest.

• A clean view of test case steps, expected results and the ability to record a result for each step quickly on one page per test set. This really helps testers work through executing manual test cases.
• Hierarchical structure of releases and builds, requirements, and test cases.
• Can quickly build test sets and/or test runs per build/release.
• Simple identification of each test case, requirement, test run, build, release, etc.

• I did not find automation of test in this tool, which I did it manually while doing test case
• Apart from that I did not find anything bad in this tool, looks good

• Training can be difficult to find at times.
• Basic reporting can become very verbose unless you set lots of filters and parameters.
• The ability to customize some of the verbiage in the application would help bridge the gap between translating what SpiraTest's testing terminology is and the company culture uses for testing terminology.

As promised during product selection, SpiraPlan support has always been quick and helpful. Replies almost always come back in hours (and often in an hour or two). And SpiraPlan's online tech support maintains all support conversations online so no need to look through emails to try to recall repllies.

I use aqua ALM for test cases. It has got the integration with Jira. Best thing is it will surely very well connect the organization in only one hub. I will perform test case, use cases.It has got open-source & many tools in one platform. Aqua ALM will our organization to manage, plan and to execute the use cases incidents in clear manner, it also fetches the reports which we give input. By this, we will also download the FLOW reports, visual diagrams. Happy clients! They appreciated my project.

• Once I was working on my project's use case incident, I wanted the result to get in tree view, but I didnt get. Visuals I got, not which is the one I wanted. Anyways I explained the same to clients. so I would highly like the AQUA team to improve this.
• I really wanted to appreciate that bug reporting in use case incidents. Very good!
• In one of the projects I wanted to work in the FLOW DIAGRAM VISUAL. I got the excellent result in this. Thank you again :)
