    Additional Details—Customers can purchase Exoprise as a standalone product and select desired features (CloudReady Synthetics, Service Watch Browser RUM, Service Watch Desktop for complete EUEM). Retail prices (Synthetics costs $100 per sensor credit, Browser RUM costs $2 per month per user, complete EUEM starts at $4 per month per desktop). Volume and bundle discounts are available for all feature sets and can be discussed further with the sales team. The Exoprise platform (SaaS) is included as part of all products. Service Watch Browser is included in Service Watch Desktop (full EUEM). Browser RUM price is per user while complete EUEM price is per desktop/device. Our customers appreciate our simple and straightforward credit-based pricing. We help them model a deployment, equate that to a number of credits and customers can mix and match our product offerings; CloudReady Synthetics, Service Watch Browser, Service Watch Desktop

    AppNeta is awesome for getting site-to-site statistics or trying to find out why at 3 am every night, this server loses connectivity to another server in a different data center. But we have found the multiple bugs in the hardware hard to deal with when the devices are a 4-hour plane ride away and require someone to console into the device.

    • AppNeta provides great longitudinal data regarding how the applications perform including an overall grade or "AppDex."
    • AppNeta sends notifications of service downtime that aids in technical dispatch.

    • Hardware has a lot of bugs.
    • Auto-updates cannot be turned off on the hardware, causing blips in monitoring.

    We currently use Nagios/GroundWork and Cacti to perform network monitoring. AppNeta's UI is far superior.
