We felt that AppsFlyer was more straight forward with the data they provided and there was a trust formed when dealing with our reps that just wasn't there with AppLovin or Adjust. We also felt we had more flexibility when integrating AppsFlyer.

The UI can be used by anyone with a little understanding of the business. However, may features are somehow hidden and the UI is a bit confusing for beginners. It's not so easy to know where each feature is. It is also not easy to figure out how certain values are calculated.

AppLovin's support team is their weakest point. They are not very responsive and they tend to provide solutions that do not fix the problem. It seems like they will only be proactive if you are a very big client and by doing that they are preventing the rest of the client base from increasing spend on their platform and growing their accounts
