Cons	Applied Systems Some of the questions in the applications are repetitive. The manual is not especially user-friendly - our agency is working on a new one for easier navigation. Support Rating	Applied Systems I have not necessarily used support from Applied Epic directly, but have gone to my trainer who has gone to support. I am usually able to get an answer relatively quickly, so I can assume the support team is very knowledgeable and prompt with their help.
