ApplicantPro vs. Tribepad Applicant Tracking Software

ApplicantPro is well suited in a environment where an employer isn't hiring a ton of people - this is because ApplicantPro is built with some automation, but you do have to pay attention to each individual candidate. ApplicantPro would be less well suited for a company looking to hire a lot of people or a company where they want to post a ton of different jobs

Highly recommended as a fairly priced, feature-rich ATS with plenty of customization and flexibility in a modular approach. Is it simple to use and an engaging platform. The support team is great!

• Relatively easy to set up a job posting.

We helped redesign the interface that best suits our brand. Tribepad is a great partner for us. They listen carefully to our requirements and we work collaboratively to solve challenges and build a better evolving product and experience.

The support is great. Tribepad is a very customer-oriented business that thrives on delivering and supporting its customers.

We tried using BambooHR's built in job applications. It didn't post to near as many job sites and that is why we switched.

More cost-effective, better product, flexible, customizable, integrates well with other platforms and its UX/UI is more advanced and simple

• ApplicantPro has given us a cost-efficient way of getting our jobs out to several free job sites and does a great job of integrating with Indeed.
• We typically get a great flow of candidates when we post with ApplicantPro.
