ApplicantPro vs. HiringThing

Hiring Thing is great for new organizations just starting out with smaller talent teams. It is very simple to use, add users, walkthrough processes, communicate with candidates, and walk through the hiring process. It does not work as well when an organization grows, needs lots of open requisitions, and has a decentralized hiring process.

It is a solid product that is easy to use and implement.

We tried using BambooHR's built in job applications. It didn't post to near as many job sites and that is why we switched.

• ApplicantPro has given us a cost-efficient way of getting our jobs out to several free job sites and does a great job of integrating with Indeed.
• We typically get a great flow of candidates when we post with ApplicantPro.
