Appointy is very well suited if you need a quick and dirty option to schedule meetings with people outside your company empowering them to choose a time and date. It is less suited for scenarios where you want to be in control or if you want to share info and attachments prior to the meeting.

• Being able to import programs so you don't have to start from scratch
• Dividing class builds into different categories: registration periods, forms, session, drop-ins, etc. Makes editing easy!
• Super user friendly. Taking attendance on the app is quick and easy!

• Eliminate email.call back and forth with web based scheduling.
• Automate daily tasks to boost staff productivity and manage my entire schedule in one place.
• Understand my demands and needs and provide personalised solutions.
• Helps and provide a sub domain that we can use to to create our own page.
• Flexible time slot intervals.

• I don't like how you have to reload everything when changing from the registration tab to the edit tab. For example, if you are looking at a class under the registration tab and need to make an edit, you can't just switch to that class under the edit tab. You have to hit edit and it reloads ALL the programs again.
• We have multipasses built under memberships. The multipass function shows up as "drop-in" on our website which is really not what it is. It is used as a 6-class pack, not a drop-in. This causes a lot of confusion with our parents.

• The interface is a little clunky / glitchy sometimes.
• The design could be improved
• It isn't the most streamlined process setting up the opening hours

Once you understand how it works, it's awesome. There was definitely a learning curve to get used to it, but everyone in my organization received training from an Amilia/SmartRec associate so it was good once we had all our questions answered

The level of customization available with Appointy is much better than any other similar application The integration with other applications is seamless & smooth as compared to others Dashboard provided is much more intuitive as compared to its competitors Data security & privacy is addressed in a much better fashion than it's competitors

• Implementing Amilia on our website was a game changer for our enrollment numbers. It is much easier to use than our previous enrollment software.
• The fact that our tuition rates can be prorated automatically is the best part. We used to have to do it manually which was tedious. Now it is easy peasy and parents can sign up and pay for just the classes remaining in the semester!!
