Usability	Tempo Simplicity of the API is easy any developer for the initial API integration and HTTPS for the secure and encryption of the data. Various data applications can be combined for consolidated reporting and exporting capabilities of the report. Alternatives Considered	Tempo Integrated user interface similar to ServiceNow along with multiple filtering options and export the report. Different role for administrative task and to view only roles for end users. Incremental refresh helped in load balance by getting only the new or changed data.
