Alternatives Considered	MS Innovations No answers on this topic	Attentive While ManyChat is specific to Facebook Messenger, my experience in their platform made it very easy to hit the ground running with Attentive Mobile. With the policy changes in the Messenger world, we have mostly abandoned that and moved to SMS for a direct line to customers.
