If you are looking for a high-quality online banking product and you don’t want/need to customize it too much, Alkami is a great choice- it has a lot out of the box and the people are great. If you need a lot of customization, and you don’t have the internal resources to help you do that, Alkami may be a challenge to satisfy your needs.

I feel a 9 grade is appropriate as we were very satisfied with the product however there is always room for improvement. It was also encouraging knowing that when we did have minor issues with logging in on several occasions, the support staff was able to help rectify the problem very quickly. Thank you for this opportunity to present our feedback.

When my money was stolen from my account I was told there would be an investigation between 15-45 days. They didn't investigate at all. The next day I was denied my claim after being robbed for $850.

First of all, Chime Online Banking is really the best option for new users. The User Interface and User Experience of the Chime app are really great. There are comparatively faster money transactions with Chime Online Banking and it has no fees at all. It is more reliable. It also allows you to lock your card if it is stolen or lost which is a great feature. At last, it is more rewarding than other online banking services with a great team of customer grievances.
