AITalent LMS vs. THRIVE Learning & Skills Platform

I do not have much experience with any other platform in this space, so it is hard to know if the areas they lack are the same across the board or just for them. But, it gets the job done and is much better than trying to use excel trackers. It is good value for the price

• The great and fast product, I like to work with it. Also, it is easy to set up.
• Clear and simple analytics about everything that happens in the environment. Very good software.

• UX design is very outdated
• Level of admin permissions is not available so tough to give someone temporary access to a branch they are not a part of
• More detailed reports

These products have a very similar set of features and use cases. We went for AITalent LMS in the end, because its mix of costs, robustness, and user experience was the best amongst the three.

• It has allowed us to quickly and easily develop an entire curriculum for our employees.
• To fully take advantage of the value of this tool, we had to dedicate several specialists to dig into the features to learn how to best use them.
• The ease of which we can edit existing units allows us to use that time in other aspects of our work.
