I do not have much experience with any other platform in this space, so it is hard to know if the areas they lack are the same across the board or just for them. But, it gets the job done and is much better than trying to use excel trackers. It is good value for the price

eloomi is well suited for organizations that want to develop an internal training and learning academy and want to utilize their knowledge and experience using a well established system. Also helps to develop internal talent, keep your employees engaged and make sure they keep learning and developing their skills without needing to build everything yourself from scratch.

[AITalent LMS] has better training content and tracking of progress. Additionally, it is user-friendly, administration and course authorization are easy, and its mobile accessibility makes it easy to use from anywhere.
